CAPT David Warshawsky, USN (ret) representing the Foundation Committee of the Naval Intelligence Professionals (NIP) presented LTJG Caitlin Kramer, USN with the NIP Rear Admiral Donald M. Showers Award at Naval Intelligence Officer Basic Course (NIOBC) Class graduation on 12 April. The Showers Award is presented to the NIOBC Honor Graduate with the highest overall class GPA. LTJG Kramer graduated with a 96.7% average over the duration of the 20 week course. In addition to a certificate of achievement, she will receive a five-year membership in Naval Intelligence Professionals.
