VADM Jacoby presents the Ann Caracristi NIP Award to Major Christ
On 27 July 2012, at the Rachel M. Schlesinger Concert Hall and Arts Center on the Alexandria Campus of the Northern Virginia Community College, Naval Intelligence Professionals (NIP) Chairman, VADM L. E. Jacoby, USN (ret) presented the NIP Ann Caracristi Award for postgraduate academic excellence to MAJ Ryan E. Christ, USMC, as the top sea services graduate at the National Intelligence University (NIU) Master’s Degree Program.
The Ann Caracristi NIP Award recognizes the Marine Corps , Navy, or Coast Guard service member with the highest scholastic achievement in the NIU Masters Program. The award consists of a commemorative wall plaque, an engraved telescope, and a 5-year membership in NIP.
