RDML Paul Becker’s Ceremony from Kabul.
Friday was a great day for RDML Paul Becker and Naval Intelligence as he was awarded his first star in a ceremony broadcast from Kabul. The VTC was attended by his wife and a few select visitors. When congratulations were passed his response was:
“Any day reaffirming an oath to our country is a good day … doing it with Kim and Vince and Ivan and Katy Dunn on the other end of a VTC is even better!”
