I’m interested in applying for this scholarship, however I’m not sure how I can or if I can use it or need it if I’m already using TA Assistance. How does the scholarship work in realation to how it is used if granted?

The short answer to your eligibility question is: No. The long answer is: The eligible scholarship candidates are (a) enlisted intelligence specialists, and (b) dependent children (under 24 years of age) of regular and reserve Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard officer and enlisted intelligence personnel.
